Gestión de la relación el cliente de inicio a fin.
- Gestión de los proyectos de transformación cultural, implantación ley de igualdad, people.
- Contacto con equipos internos y externos.
- Realización de presentaciones y análisis.
- Participar en proyectos de transformación cultural y gestión del cambio vinculados a los planes de transformación digital de nuestros clientes.
- Formará parte del equipo encargado de llevar a la práctica la metodología de Experiência de Empleado y HR Analytics.

Experiência previa en Consultoria de HR|modelo híbrido
- Buena capacidad analítica, con conocimientos y experiência en la aplicación de metodologías cuantitativa y cualitativas de análisis
- Experiência en el diseño, impartición y facilitación de acciones formativas y dinámicas de grupos.
- Experiência en proyectos de gestión del talento y en el proceso de digitalización de la función de RR.HH.
- Office 365 a nível avanzado, especialmente Excel y Power Point
- Inglés B2
- Máster/postgrado en RR.HH.

Consultora internacional con clientes de todos los sectores, con foco en Banca, Seguros, Energía, Real Estate, entre otros.
- Contrato Indefinido
- Salario según experiência y encaje desde 32k a 42k.
