**Company Description**:

Today, we stand strong as Europe’s leading online pet platform, delivering moments of happiness to more than 9 million pet parents each year.We are looking for a** Junior Project Manager** (Labelling & Packaging) who will be responsible for streamlining the execution of the **artwork & labelling projects** across brands and categories, in close cooperation with the Brand Managers & Product Development Team. So, you are not in charge of a specific brand, but responsible for the execution of a key process across brands. Being a part of a very strategic area of the business - the Own Brands Food team, you will build up processes from scratch, having a great impact on zooplus' success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and develop Own Brands Food department’s labelling projects in terms of product declaration & labelling in close cooperation with the Product Development Experts (technical team), as well as across the Brand Management Teams (for the respective brands).
- Meet the timelines of the assigned projects following the defined process through our Project Management and Artwork Management Tools.
- Coordinate, support, and control the labelling process among all the internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle declaration templates and manage over 20 different languages for ideal implementation on the packaging, in close work with translation, proofreading and design agencies.
- Provide artwork process analysis and optimization.
- Manage file backup and switchovers to different suppliers.

**Qualifications**:

- University degree in economics preferably with a focus on business administration / marketing / project management.
- Initial internship experience, ideally in product or project management in the FMCG, retail, or pet food industries, or as Account Executive at Advertisement Agency.
- Analytical skills combined with a passion for large data volumes; attention to detail is a must.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, further foreign language skills are an advantage.
- Experienced handling of Microsoft Office & Outlook.
- Preferably, initial experience working with Jira on projects & processes for New Products.
- Ideally, initial experience in the cooperation with external agencies.
