We are searching for a Quality Control Technician to join our Qualicaps Spain QC Team. This person will collaborate in the organization of all QC activities and its coordination with Quality Assurance, guaranteeing compliance of regulations, internal procedures, daily microbiology, and chemical laboratories activities as all analysis performed within.

**Tasks**:

- Control that all process within the area are done according to official requirements of control and analysis and that the product specifications comply with client requirements, certifying analysis results to assure QA can begin batch review
- Collaborate in investigations regarding deviation and out-of-specification analysis
- Collaborate in resources management within QC Area, adapting to all scenarios contributing to guarantee performance of the area
- Collaborate in the planning, coordination and execution of diverse projects within the area: equipment purchases, validations, environmental control, equipment maintenance and cleaning plan, stability tests, etc
- Procedure review and update according to regulations (FDA, Pharmacopoeia, ISO, H&S, etc)
- Collaborate in department budget y new investments proposals as well as area activity trend reports and continuous improvement actions proposal

**Requirements**:
The person matching this position should meet the following requirements:

- Degree in Pharmacy
- 2-3 of experience within the pharmaceutical industry
- Microbiology, chemistry, laboratory equipment and analytical methods
- Pharmaceutical industry regulation and pharmacopoeia
- High level of English

It is also desirable:

- Pharmaceutical Industry Postgraduate
- Experience in QA tasks
- Experience in deviation and out-of-specification investigations
- Experience in SAP environment, laboratory and statistical data control software
