To provide expert-level regulatory advice and support primarily to management of Cigna Global Segments Business on all matters of data protection impacting current and planned future business activities primarily but not exclusively focused on GDPR.

To provide GDPR data protection input to a range of business-led projects and initiatives across International Markets, as well as supporting management (with the support of internal and/or external specialists where appropriate) with the implementation of any potential regulatory change in any jurisdiction. Support the maintenance and embedding of the Privacy Framework and a positive compliance culture in relation to data protection, with the fair treatment of customers at the heart.

Establish and execute appropriate mechanisms to test the continued effectiveness of the arrangements in place to achieve and maintain regulatory compliance in the field of data protection. Provide input to the development and review of the annual compliance plan with regard to data protection matters
