Retail Performance Analyst Intern

**Poste**:
- The type of contract signed will be a “contrato de practicas” (internship) for 6 months, renewable up to one year.
- The Retail Performance Analyst will be a strong support to our Retail Performance Manager, our Retail Director, and our Store Managers.
- DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare financial analysis and reporting on KPI’s for weekly and monthly reporting: analysis of KPI for the Mediterranean Region (total of 23 stores): Turnover, cross-selling, match to traffic, client satisfaction and other relevant KPI; Report & analysis of this information to store management team
- Track, analyze, and update daily/weekly/monthly reports for the retail teams
- Determine the monthly store targets for the sales team based on monthly sales turnover target
- Analysis & follow up of client satisfaction of the region; anticipate trends to offer recommendations for the business
- Support the analysis and implementation of business strategies and action plans across all channels - in close collaboration with the Retail team
- Competition analysis: develop in-depth knowledge of competition, particularly related to innovation and the evolution of business models
- Provide support for ad-hoc projects and business presentations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data and trend analysis for various areas of the business for the Med region
**Profil**:
- Fluent in Spanish & English, French is a plus
- Advanced knowledge and skill within Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Be a self-starter and autonomous in terms of agenda and priorities, organizational skills
- Attention to detail and the capacity to thrive under pressure
- Great people skills, capacity to effectively interact with peers and superiors of all levels
- Strong quantitative skills with the ability to analyze complex data and read through figures
- Strong interest for brand & luxury sector
- SAP beginner level is highly appreciated
- The type of contract signed will be a “contrato de practicas” (internship) for 6 months, renewable up to one year.
- A degree in Business, Finance, Economics or other with a strong quantitative focus
- A previous first experience in a similar role; analytical, strategic role preferably in retail or consumer goods
- Availability: From Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week
- Starting date: Beginning of July
