**The Role**

We are hiring a **Digital Workplace Senior Architect & Consultant**with strong experience in virtualization and the implementation of workplace services, especially within the Microsoft ecosystem. This hybrid role combines technical leadership, consulting, and solution design, with responsibilities across pre-sales, delivery, and team coordination.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Design and architect Digital Workplace solutions.
- Lead responses to RFPs and client proposals.
- Manage small teams and oversee strategic project execution.
- Estimate efforts and define high-level delivery plans.
- Act as a technical reference in one or more Digital Workplace domains.Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure solution success.

**Who You Are**

**Additional qualifications and skills**:

- Experience with Microsoft and Google Workplace technologies.
- Strong knowledge of virtualization platforms: Citrix, AVD, Horizon, VDI.
- Familiarity with third-party tools for automation, migration, and UX.
- Relevant certifications (Microsoft, Google, Agile/Scrum).
- Strong communication and consulting skills.Fluent spoken English for client and team interaction.
