- Maintain and create simultaneously \*\*strong relationships with existing customers.
- Control and \*\*follow up on any bugs with the operations team and the client. Assist with basic troubleshooting.
- Provide information about \*\*products/services/policies
- Document Interactions

\*\*Your Profile
- Expert level of French and English proficient speaker.
- You demonstrate full ownership on each activity you develop.
- You are proactive and you like to put forward new ideas.
- Excellence in communicating and problem-solving.
- Previous experience dealing with Customers is a plus
