**About the role**
We are looking for a highly motivated, charismatic, Performance Manager to join our office in Barcelona. You will be at the core of EIMS leading, managing and developing teams across lead generation, channel & inside sales programmes for multinational IT vendors. (_Did we mention some of our clients include: IBM, VmWare, Adobe, Magento, SAP and many more?_) Reporting to the Business Unit Director, this is an exciting and challenging role with fantastic opportunities to develop as an Operations Manager with long-term career growth and advancement.
**Requirements**:
- 1+ years of directly leading a team of 5 or more sales/pre-sales agents responsible for outbound client prospecting.
- Strong communicator able to deliver messages in a motivating and inspirational manner whilst maintaining high standards and discipline.
- Proven skills in the Coaching, Training & Development a team
