We are looking for someone to lead the development of the 1.2 GDI engine, ensuring compliance with new regulations and adaptations for new or existing vehicles/platforms.

**What you will do**
- Lead the development of the 1.2 GDI engine, ensuring compliance with new regulations and adaptations for new or existing vehicles/platforms.
- Manage the design, development, and validation of engine hardware, software, and calibrations.
- Oversee industrialization in manufacturing plants and performance metrics (fuel efficiency, emissions, drivability, NVH).
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to meet project milestones and QCDP objectives.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with project development.
- Ensure effective management of activities related to design, purchasing, prototypes, process, manufacturing, supply chain, tuning, and customer performance

**What we are looking for**
- **Seniority**: At least 10 years of experience
- **Education**: Engineering Degree, preferably Master's in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering
- **Experience**: At least 10 years, preferably in PWT tuning and PWT software/system
- **Languages**: English, French highly appreciated
- **Skills**: Technical experience in engine software/calibration and design, project management, economic management (CAPEX, OPEX), decision-making reports, multicultural teamwork, analysis and synthesis, proactive, problem-solving, client orientation, communication, negotiation, leadership
