At DXC Spain we are looking for a **SAP Project Manager S/4 HANA** to join our great team of **SAP.**

**Requirements**:

- Experience in SAP S/4 HANA conversion projects.
- More than 10 years of experience as a Project Manager, with specific focus on SAP implementation projects.
- Solid knowledge of SAP modules and functionalities.
- Leadership skills and ability to motivate and guide multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with different hierarchical levels.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of risk management and project management methodologies.
- Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.
- High level of Spanish and good level of English spoken.

**Tasks**:

- Project Planning: Define project objectives, create a detailed plan that includes key milestones, necessary resources, budget, and schedule. Identify and manage potential risks.
- Team management: Form and lead a team of professionals specialized in SAP and other relevant areas. Assign responsibilities, provide guidance, and ensure effective collaboration.
- Coordination with stakeholders: Communicate effectively with different stakeholders, including end users, departmental managers and directors, to ensure proper alignment and obtain their support throughout the project.
- Monitoring and control: Monitor the progress of the project in relation to the established objectives. Identify deviations and take corrective actions to ensure successful delivery of the project.
- SAP Implementation: Coordinate the configuration, customization and launch of SAP modules, ensuring that they adequately adapt to the needs and processes of the organization.
- Ensure quality: Ensure that implemented SAP solutions meet quality standards and industry best practices.
- Training and support: Coordinate staff training to ensure correct use of the implemented SAP systems. Provide post-implementation support to resolve issues and improve adoption.
