**Key responsibilities**

Product Vision: You will define and communicate the product vision to the development team, stakeholders, and customers. Your ability to inspire and lead with a clear vision will be a key asset.

Requirements Management: You'll work closely with stakeholders to gather, prioritize, and manage product requirements, ensuring that they align with business goals and user needs.

Delivery Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, product owners, and content writers, to drive the product development process and ensure successful delivery. You work closely with these teams to ensure the seamless integration of service design principles and deliver a cohesive and consistent experience across different touchpoints and channels.

Problem Definition and Solutioning: User journeys often touch multiple assets. You collaborate with the UX & service designers to grasp the essence of the user needs and can translate this into real tangible feature requests for each asset.

Delivery Optimization: You work together with project managers, to ensure all planning & timings are accurate and possible roadblocks are flagged as soon as possible in the process. You support project managers while they make decisions on priority, visualize dependencies and steer upon roadmaps.

Stakeholder Management: You engage and collaborate with stakeholders throughout the process. You facilitate deep dive sessions, conduct presentations, and communicate the value and impact of designs & features to stakeholders at various levels of the organization. In summary, the role of an asset owner is to understand customer needs, translate product & service designs into feature requests, make sure delivery is as efficient as possible, and create exceptional customer experiences. You employ technical & functional problem solving skills, and collaboration to develop and improve products, content and services that align with the organization's goals and provide value to customers.
