Data Scientist

**Your Role**

You will build APC´s data analytics and modeling strategy in terms of Consumer, Market and Media Intelligence and will support the business from our Digital Hub delivering actionable insights in order to improve the decision making process.

**What you will do**
- Build Advanced Analytics & Predictive Modeling in Affinity when it comes to Consumer, Market & Media Performance.
- Build Descriptive, Predictive and Prescriptive Models around Market Size; Media Mix, Attribution and Optimization. These models will be applied to measure media effectiveness, consumer behavior, CRM campaigns and market dynamics.
- Build Dashboards in Looker to visualize those models' outputs.
- Convert data into insights and insights into decisions with the business areas:

- Work closely with BUs Marketing directors, Brands & Media Managers and Consumer Research in order to define business cases.
- Work closely with the CRM Manager in order to define business cases.
- Work with the Media Agency to align the performance insights.
- Propose the right segmentation for the right actions, adding extra layers to improve current performance.
- Use modeling techniques (descriptive, prescriptive and predictive) in order to generate new segmentation criteria in order to improve the performance (clustering, scorings, predictions like churn, etc)
- Gain consumer insights on demographics, detect consumer needs and behavior using using data analytics and models to analyze our CRM database and activity (active leads understanding)

**What we are looking for**
- Expert Media, Market & CRM analyst, working in a Data Department, Advanced Measurement Department or in an Consultancy Agency.
- Strong expertise in Marketing Mix Modelling projects from building the models to building the recommendations.
- Strong Expertise in Market, Media & Consumer/CRM concepts.
- Analyst with knowledge of mathematics, statistics, social science.
- Google Looker Expert (or similar BI tool)
- Knowledge of BIg Query & Google Cloud Platform (SQL proficient, python or R is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills as your work focus will be translating a very complex data language into business insights.
- A natural interpersonal relations builder, team player.
- Oriented to transformation and delivering results.
- Project Management experience.
- English language is mandatory in your day to day work.
