- **Gestionarás los procesos de selección** end-to-end: desde la toma de requerimientos con manager hasta la oferta.
- ** Interacción con cliente interno y externo.**:

- Recogida, elaboración y seguimiento de** KPI´s** de selección y reclutamiento.
- Posicionamiento de Redegal como **marca empleadora.**

**¿Qué necesitas para alcanzar el éxito?**
- ** **Amplia experiência **reclutando perfiles IT,** ya que los perfiles que buscarás son mayoritariamente de este sector.
- Se valorará positivamente experiência en **consultoras o agencias de reclutamiento IT, **tenemos un ambiente muy dinámico así que si has trabajado antes en este tipo de compañías tu curva de aprendizaje será menor.
- **Ingles** nível conversacional (B2-C1), para que puedas comunicarte con tooodo el mundo ;).
