- **Your challenge**:
We work with multiple major companies, creating and designing custom games for our clients, each with a different branding. This requires quick adaptation and creation of resources in line with their branding, with a high level of demand. We strive to innovate and adapt to new technologies that are being implemented daily, which requires a lot of curiosity and adaptation to these new tools, such as AI.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Design and develop resources in 2D, working with different company brandings for use in product design, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
- Utilize AI and proprietary in-house tools developed by GameStrategies to their full potential.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance the overall visual appeal of our products and brand.
**Experience and Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of professional experience in graphic design and layout.
- Experience working with corporate branding and creating brand identities.
- Proven experience as a 2D Designer and Layout Artist.
- Proficiency in graphic design and layout tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Sketch, etc.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet established deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Creativity and ability to effectively solve design problems.
- Experience in UI/UX design.
- English are required
**Nice to have**:
- Knowledge of tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere, or other video editing software.
- Drawing skills and 2D concept creation.
- Experience working with Apple hardware.
**Location**:
- As a people-first business, we use a hybrid working model. This would give you the opportunity to work from home up to three days per week and meet up twice per week with your teammates at our Headquarters office located at Pozuelo, Madrid. Sounds good? Continue reading
