Quality Assurance Tester

Are you passionate about ensuring software quality and improving user experiences? As a **Quality Assurance Tester** for Helloprint’s Enterprise/API team, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining the stability of our solutions and delivering seamless functionality and user experience to our customers.

In this role, you will own the QA process within the team, designing and executing test plans while driving quality improvements across our Enterprise and API solutions. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership, collaborate closely with developers, and make a meaningful impact on the success of our platform.

**What you’ll do**:

- ** Design and execute test plans**: Create comprehensive test plans and scenarios for new and existing features, ensuring high-quality releases.
- ** Perform manual and functional testing**: Test new functionality and existing flows to validate performance, usability, and reliability.
- ** Analyze and report test results**: Document findings, report bugs to the development team, and collaborate to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- ** Own the QA process**: Develop and refine QA processes, bringing expertise to scale testing practices within the team.
- ** Collaborate across teams**: Work closely with developers, product owners, another QA and stakeholders to prioritize testing efforts and maintain high-quality standards.
- ** Contribute to continuous improvement**: Identify areas for improvement in testing coverage, propose solutions, and support automation efforts to enhance efficiency.

**What we’re looking for**:
We’re seeking a dedicated QA specialist with a proactive mindset and the ability to take ownership of the QA process. This role is not entry-level; we’re looking for someone who can contribute their expertise, set up scalable testing practices, and thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

**Requirements**:

- At least **1 year of experience** as a QA specialist, with functional testing expertise.
- Proficiency in **test management software** and the ability to design and execute manual test plans.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- A strong understanding of QA processes and workflows.

**It’s a strong plus if you have**:

- A bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge of programming languages, QA tools (Playwright) and API experience
- Experience with Agile frameworks and regression testing.
