We are hiring a highly motivated Office Coordinator and Receptionist to join our team in Marbella.
**Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and coordinate daily office operations.
- Maintain an organized and efficient work environment.
- Manage correspondence and internal communications.
- Welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Manage meeting room reservations and keep the reception area tidy.
**Requirements**:
- High organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- Bilingual (English & Spanish)
- Customer service experience
- Commitment, flexibility & passion for the job
- Administrat skills (use of Mac software)
- Positive energy
