**About your day-to-day**:

- Fine-tune and evaluate LLM behaviour based on business needs, user feedback, and performance metrics.
- Design experiments to assess prompt performance, accuracy, and scalability across different languages and contexts.
- Optimise processes and workflows to ensure scalability, cost-efficiency, and global standardisation, while adapting to regional nuances as needed.
- Implement Promp Engineering’s best practices, creating documentation and providing training.
- Translate business requirements into AI-powered solutions, aligning user and business needs with technical feasibility.
- Stay up to date with advancements in LLM models to continuously improve prompt effectiveness, methodologies, and drive innovation.

**This is for you if you have**:

- Over 6 years of experience in NLU or software engineering and 3 years of hands-on experience working specifically with LLMs and prompt engineering
- Proficient in designing, deploying, and optimising LLM-driven Conversational AI solutions (such as chatbots or voicebots).
- Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks for autonomous agents orchestration.
- Experience integrating LLMs via APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini) and managing prompt libraries.
- Experience with end-to-end design and performance tuning of chatbots and voicebot platforms.
- Experience with multilingual and cross-cultural prompt design, testing, and evaluation.
- Familiarity with speech-to-text (STT) and text-to-speech (TTS) technologies
- Strong English communication skills.
