As Salesforce Junior Administrator, you will be focusing on the general management of the system and be a key contributor to project execution, optimizations and improvements while ensuring that business needs are met and the system performs within expected parameters.

**Main Responsibilities**

Reporting to the CRM Manager, the main responsibilities and tasks will include:

- Gather requirements and write up specifications for delegated projects.
- Assist in configuration by creating and updating fields, groups, roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, process builders and flows.
- Assist in testing and release management.
- Identify updates to optimize the system.
- Performing database maintenance tasks.
- Data management using Data Loader and Import Wizard.
Evaluating and installing new Salesforce releases and providing training and support.
- Identifying and building required reports and dashboards.
- Maintenance of System homepages across all roles.
- Documenting processes and training material.
- Assisting with escalated tickets (2nd line support).
- SharePoint Salesforce Training folder and Stream.
- System error management.

**Requirements**:

- Previous working experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Salesforce certifications will be considered (Admin, Consultant).
- You are fluent in English and eager to work in an international environment.
- Strong MS Excel skills.
- Proactive, organized and obsessed with detail and accuracy.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to identify issues/opportunities, recommend solutions and develop methodologies.
- Must show initiative, be hands-on, and work well both independently on projects or as part of a team.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented individual with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technology.
- Proven ability to multitask and work through ambiguous requirements.
- Flexibility to meet continuously changing priorities and challenges.
