**About the role**:
As the Product Director for the Headquarters tribe at Mews, you will combine creativity, technology and business insight to shape the operational backbone of some of the most forward-thinking hospitality brands in the world.

This role focuses on advancing three critical areas: portfolio-level operations that centralise control and coordination for multi-property hotel groups, flexible monetisation across rooms, spaces and services and embedded intelligence that transforms data into proactive insights to support confident, timely decision-making.

We're looking for a strategic product leader who thrives on fast feedback loops and who believes that outcomes, not output, are the measure of success. You'll be expected to challenge your team, sharpen their thinking and elevate the quality of product strategy and execution. This is a high-impact leadership role where clarity, ambition and urgency will be essential to success.

**Responsibilities**:
**Vision & Strategy**:

- Define and communicate a bold, multi-year product vision that makes group-level hospitality operations effortless, intelligent and scalable
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in hospitality, AI and SaaS, translating them into actionable opportunities within the roadmap
- Drive alignment between product strategies and OKRs, delivering measurable outcomes that contribute to business growth and customer satisfaction

**Customer & Market Insight**:

- Validate assumptions early and often through direct customer engagement and rapid experimentation
- Build strong relationships with fast-scaling hotel groups and use their insights to shape the roadmap and identify cross-tribe opportunities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to identify customer needs, market opportunities and emerging trends, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Champion data-informed decision-making, leveraging insights to refine strategies and measure product success

**Team Leadership**:

- Coach and develop a high-performing team of product managers and designers, creating a culture of challenge, ownership and growth
- Ensure the products you lead deliver exceptional, intuitive and coherent user experiences
- Promote a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement, exploring innovative solutions to the hospitality sector's most pressing challenges

**Influence & Impact**:

- Own key product outcomes including adoption, satisfaction, revenue contribution and time-to-value
- Serve as a product voice across the company and externally, communicating vision and progress with confidence and clarity

**Requirements**:
**Leadership & Collaboration**:

- 5+ years of product leadership experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in a vertically integrated domain
- Proven ability to lead and grow high-performing product teams, with a track record of fostering strong team dynamics and coaching individuals to reach their potential
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of aligning diverse teams and influencing at all levels

**Execution & Strategy**:

- Strong strategic thinking and execution skills, with a customer-first mindset and a focus on measurable outcomes
- Comfortable owning and improving metrics like adoption, retention, satisfaction and revenue
- Proven ability to leverage analytics, market research and customer insights to guide product strategies and decisions

**Domain & Technical Fluency**:

- Technically fluent, with experience working on complex product surfaces involving infrastructure, configuration or reporting
- Familiarity with the hospitality industry or similar sectors, understanding its unique challenges and opportunities
