**Your Role and Responsibilities**

In this role at Kyndryl you will be responsible for:

- Day to day administration of Windows SQL Server environment to include engineering new solutions as needed.
- Working with the team to automate the deployment process.
- Providing technical guidance to customer.
- Creating and updating technical documentation as required.
- Team-oriented and able to operate with mínimal supervision.
- Proven analytical and problem solving skills.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Knowledge of Windows SQL Systems - deployment, administration, configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance in an enterprise environment.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems including Windows Server 2008R2/2012R2/2016.
- Competent management of competing priorities and workloads.
- Demonstrated experience participating in incident, problem, and change control processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including creation of technical documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiar with security best practices as they relate to Information Systems.

**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
- Knowledge about Public Cloud Evironments like AWS & Azure, and Devops (Ansible Tower, scripting, automation).
- PostgreSQL
