**Position Summary**

At Samsung Electronics Iberia we are looking to hire an AP Professional within the Finance department.

S/he will be part of the Supporting division and will be in charge of managing an important area of our daily business.

**Role and Responsibilities**

The main functions for the position will be:

- Share Service Center (SSC) responsible for AP & T&E process. Being the main contact point between SSC and Finance department. Review reports, follow up on issues and approving our main processes with them.
- Daily approval of invoices (Marketing & General) and T&E expenses.
- Vendor master data responsible.
- Asset management.
- Audit review & support (Internal & External).
- Main vendors reconciliation.
- Reportin (responsible for all reports from the area).
- Month-end closing support.

**Skills and Qualifications**

Education: ADE, Economics or similar.

Previous experience working with Share Service Centers or similar.

At least 5 years of experience on AP areas.

SAP knowledge is required.

Excellent level of Excel management.

Languages: Fluent in English. Portuguese knowledge will be a plus.

Soft skills: Excellent team player, proactive person and able to work under pressure.
