**Position**: HR Generalist
**Reports to**: Country HR Head
Expectations:

The work environment is fast-paced and very international. We are looking for individuals who can see the big picture but also dive into details and get things done. A generalist, with a wide view of the Human Resources area, and an experienced specialist.
- The ideal starting date is the beginning of February.
- This job will have initially a temporary nature with the aim of offering permanent opportunities afterward.
**Responsibilities**:
- Take control of the full recruitment cycle and manage consultants in case.
- Ensure a good onboarding process and support impatriations and Spanish work permit requirements.
- Execute the training plan in partnership with the technical leaders and the regional government.
- Management of HR issues in line with business objectives.
- Implement efficient and integrated strategies aligned with the Global one.
- Maintain fluent communications and organization with public and local entities, universities, and schools.
- Ensure efficient payroll and administration processes.
- Management of internal communication with employees.
- Support in the creation, control, and supervision of the employees' benefits plan.
- Watch over the employer branding of AESC and support the plan with new ideas.
- Resolving labor relations issues and managing incidents reported by the different teams or employees.

- Degree University qualification.
- HR Master specialization is preferred for this role.
- Experience in HR software such as ATS and CRM.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Power BI, SAP
- Full driving licence.
- Language fluent in English is essential (C1 level).
