Our team is made up of motivated professionals from across Europe, all working together to deliver exceptional service to clients looking to buy property in Spain.
We are currently expanding our **Telemarketing Department** in **Bel-Air (Estepona)** and are looking for a **French-speaking Booking Agent** to join our growing team
**The Role**:
As a Booking Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients who have already shown interest in buying property in Spain. Your goal is to engage with them, qualify their needs, and book an online meeting with one of our real estate agents.
You will be speaking with leads from our database - clients who have requested more information or previously shown interest in buying a property in Spain.
It’s a structured, communication-focused role ideal for someone confident, motivated, and ready to grow in a professional environment.
**What We Offer**
- Fixed base salary**:€1,700 gross/month**:
- Performance bonuses**:€50-€500 per month** based on successful bookings **held**:
- Commission on final property sales generated from your bookings
- Full-time, permanent contract (**indefinido**) under Spanish labor law
- Full training provided - no prior experience needed

- Modern office in **Bel-Air, Estepona**:

**Your Responsibilities**
- Contact potential clients from our database who have requested information, been in contact with us previously, or signed up through one of our websites
- Build rapport, qualify interest, and understand their needs
- **Schedule online meetings for our real estate agents**:
- Follow a proven process and booking system using CRM tools and Google Forms
- Represent the company with professionalism, energy, and integrity
**Who You Are**
- Native in **French** with strong **English communication skills**:
- Friendly, confident, and motivated to achieve results
- **Lives within 30 minutes of Bel-Air (Estepona)** - this is a **full-time, office-based position** (no remote option)
- Comfortable working **two Saturdays per month** as part of a rotating schedule
- Basic computer skills (CRM or Google Workspace knowledge is a plus)
- Positive mindset, team player, and motivated by delivering quality results
