- Who will you be working with?_

You be working with our operations leadership and production team members, most of which have many years of experience in our operations and have extensive knowledge of our product and processes.
- How will you make a difference?_

As a member of the operations group, you will report directly to our site's General Manager. You will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating manufacturing processes in an industrial plant. You will work through various projects using lean techniques to meet organizational goals.
- What do we want to know about you?_- Bachelor's degree (B. S.) from four-year College or university; or two to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. _Experienced in_ Lean Manufacturing, FMEA, PFMEA ,Gemba events. - What will your typical day look like?_- Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods.- Review and analysis of space requirements, and workflow, and designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency.- Confers with planning and design staff concerning product design and tooling to ensure efficient production methods.- Confers with vendors to determine product specifications and arrange for purchase of equipment, materials, or parts, and evaluates products according to specifications and quality standards.- Estimates production times, staffing requirements, and related costs to provide information for management decisions.- Confers with management, engineering, and other sta
