Quintas Advisory is the Technical Advisory arm of the Quintas group. The latter comprises Quintas Energy, the Europe’s largest independent platform for Asset Management, Development and Advisory Services to investors in renewable energy assets with at least 6GW of assets currently under management.

GROSS ANNUAL SALARY depending on qualifications and experience, plus a bonus scheme.

Desired Experience and qualifications:

- Good educational background, Master’s Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Industrial / Energy Engineering or similar.
- 5+ years’ experience in the renewable energy sector (ideally in PV Plants), of which 2+ years in the area of energy storage systems.
- Technical expertise in battery energy storage technology, electrical balance of plant design & specifications. Support in the design of hybrid projects.
- Excellent knowledge of BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems) best practise to comply with: grid requirements, market suitability, sizing, legal framework, permits and grants.
- Good Knowledge of energy storage revenue streams in electricity markets.
- Strong familiarity with contracts (construction, supply, operations and offtakers).
- Make sure that the projects are delivered on time and on budget.
- Proven ability to produce clear written reports and communicate verbally in English. Italian is a plus.
- Good Knowledge and experienced in using Office365 (Excel, Word, Power Point, Project, SAP).
- Strong organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Dynamic and enthusiastic team player.
- PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
