TechStyle launched Fabletics with Kate Hudson after they saw a gap in the activewear marketplace: there were plenty of luxury brands, but none that offered stylish and high-quality gear at an accessible price point.

With offices in Berlin, London, Barcelona and headquarters in Los Angeles, we're currently looking for a Paid Media Intern based out of our Barcelona office.

How Do You Fit In?

The Paid Media Intern will report to the Acquisition Manager/ Creative Lead Ops to support with creative development and media optimization in our social channels (Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest).

Key responsibilities include:
- Manage design team workflow: prepare creative briefings to ensure all creative requests meet the specific requirements and are prioritized correctly.- Creative content management: Confirm all creatives are up to date with the correct copy and images.- Optimize and report on results of Paid Social campaigns: Track tests through testing platforms; Results analysis.

What you will learn in your role:
- The basics of Paid Social strategies and KPI’s, with a strong focus on customer acquisition.- How to think critically about business objectives as related to Paid Social.
- Practice developing analytical skill sets in reading Paid Social performance.- Plenty of additional opportunities in cross-functional interactions regarding marketing, product and market research.
