Senior Technology Field Application Engineer - E-Mobility EMEA

**About the role**

We are seeking an experienced
**Senior Technology Field Application Engineer** for the Electrification and E-Mobility market in EMEA. With a strong focus on Power Semiconductors, you will engage with clients out of the Electrification and E-Mobility market to create technical solutions while identifying and building new business using your engineering expertise.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**:

- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support for the development and implementation of our portfolio for clients in the Electrification and E-Mobility market
- Advise on the implementation of innovative ideas and solutions for the E-Mobility segment
- Utilize engineering design skills, techniques, and knowledge to help the client decrease time to market, reduce overall system cost and improve end-product performance
- Utilize a Client Engagement Process to drive design wins to revenue at assigned clients
- Use insight and influencing skills to offer clients unique perspectives on technology solutions
- Identify key client stakeholders and coach them to build consensus for technology suppliers
- Contribute and participate within European engineering team to successfully develop and implement strategies for the Electrification and E-Mobility market
- Communicate effectively with multiple Arrow and supplier Business Units for technical assistance and provide quantifiable feedback
- Coach, mentor, and train other engineers as needed for the Power electronics for E-mobility
- Create and execute an EMEA strategy for power electronics for the E-mobility segment

**What We're Looking For**:

- A minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a multidiscipline matrixed team environment
- Degree or equivalent, preferably in Power Electronics
- Willingness to travel across EMEA
- Driver license
- Fluent English
