We are currently looking to hire a **Customer Service Manager** for our Maritime Division based in Barcelona.

**Main functions**:

- Responsible for the 4 Customer Service Departments in Spain (based in Barcelona, Valencia, Algeciras), leading the different departments such as Export Booking, Export Invoicing, Export Customer Service, Export Documentation, Cargo Readiness Team, Import Customer Services and Import.
- Maintain regular relationship with Head Office to ensure the group’s rules between agency’s members and different departments.
- Maintain our highest quality service with our customers.
- Monitoring reports of productivity for the management (Monthly or Weekly). KPI follow up.

Requisitos mínimos
- Studies in Foreign Trade, Transport Management, Logistics and Maritime Business or similar.
- Experience as a Customer Service Manager or similar position.
- Maritime services experience valuable as well as in Intermodal services.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Good communication and proactive customer approach.
- Good time - management and organizational skills.
- Teamwork and collaborative skills.
- Used to work under pressure.
