**About the role**

The **Marketing and PR Manager **is responsible to build the brand and help achieve our commercial goals in the Region of Responsibility by developing solid relations with Dealers and developing the tools and services needed.

The **Marketing and PR Manager** reports directly to the Country Manager and dotted line to the European Marketing Manager.

**Key Objectives & Responsibilities**:

- Definition of the Country Marketing Plan in line with business objectives and Global Marketing Strategic Guidelines.
- Plan and Lead execution of National Events, conducting post event analysis to understand effectiveness of action and feed insights internally.
- Supervise Dealer Plus marketing Plans and Monitor execution from Dealer Plus Partners.
- Provide valuable inputs for the construction of the European Marketing Plan and monitor competitor activities (monthly installments, new campaigns.).
- Develop and manage National advertising and PR campaigns in conjunction with appointed agency.
- Take responsibility of management of marketing budget.
- Be the local point of reference for PR activities in the Country.
- Build relations with press, media, digital influencers and ensure visibility of the brand and product stories.
- Be a brand Ambassador and work always with the Customer in mind.
- Actively engage and Collaborate on any European event or activity as needed.

**Required skills, qualifications and experience**
- University Degree in Marketing, Sales or commercial disciplines.
- Solid Experience in Automotive industry or Branded Retail Products.
- 5+ years experience in roles related to Marketing and PR management.
- Excellent Digital Tools knowledge.
- Customer-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
- Able to prioritize and work proactively with efficient time management skills.
- Resilient and open minded.
- Results oriented.
- Excellent English & Spanish language skills (Other European languages and/or Mandarin Chinese would be a plus)
