To join our dynamic Cranial Spinal Technologies (CST) Marketing team in Iberia, we are looking for CST & Aible Sales Administrator. In this exciting opportunity, you will be focused on managing and mitigating back orders across all the product lines, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication with European marketing product specialists, while maintaining the highest level of service quality for our surgical procedures. If you are a highly organized, proactive professional who thrives on managing multiple tasks with precision and efficiency, this role is your opportunity to contribute to a mission that matters.

**A Day in the Life**
Responsibilities may include the following, and other duties may be assigned:

- Oversee and prioritize material allocations across CST product lines in Iberia to ensure optimal distribution and availability.
- Maintain direct communication with CST marketing product specialists in Europe and Iberia to facilitate effective information exchange and coordination.
- Handle product listing and delisting in the Spanish & Portuguese markets, managing documentation in collaboration with the Regulatory and Pricing departments.
- Manage the back-order process for all CST products in Iberia, proactively notifying teams of potential back-order situations and exploring alternative solutions.
- Manage and update technical sheets, assist in preparing documentation for CST public tenders, and support Business Operations in managing spinal surgery sets to ensure successful surgeries.
- Manage and coordinate Field Action and recall executions for all CST products in Iberia.
- Coordinate the team of interns at CST, distributing administrative tasks to ensure workload balance and maximum efficiency.

**Must Haves**
- University degree
- An experience in a similar role is highly valued
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
- Proficient in Excel (ex. VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and Conditional Formatting) for daily operations
- Excellent ability to manage multitasking and chaos, with a strong emphasis on prioritization and organization
- Skilled in delivering news and communicating under challenging circumstances
- A curious mind eager to learn about a wide range of products
- Independent worker with strong self-management skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours

**Nice to Haves**
- Advanced Excel skills (complex formula construction, dashboard creation, and automation)
- Knowledge of logistics management
- Ability to navigate and influence people in a matrix organization
- Familiarity with tools like PowerBI, SAP and SalesForce
- Fluent in Portuguese, written and spoken
