**How will you contribute to PropHero?**
Your mission as an expert in the field will be to lead and oversee construction projects with a focus on quality, efficiency, and adherence to timelines. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initial planning to final completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards. Your expertise will directly contribute to our company's commitment to excellence in residential and tourist-use renovations, as well as in finalizing construction projects for bank-owned assets.
**Your success in this mission will be stellar if you succeed in the following areas**:(Tasks and Responsibilities)**
- Supervising and coordinating construction projects, ensuring they meet design specifications, budgets, and schedules.
Overseeing all phases of the project, from planning and procurement to execution and final handover.
Managing on-site teams and subcontractors, ensuring safety protocols and quality standards are consistently maintained.
Collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to address issues and ensure seamless project progress.
Monitoring project milestones and proactively resolving any challenges that arise to maintain efficiency and prevent delays.
Preparing and submitting progress reports, maintaining project documentation, and communicating updates to senior management.
**What will make you succeed with us?**(Skills required)**
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Construction Manager or Site Manager, specifically in renovation projects involving changes of use to residential or tourist properties. Experience in completing construction projects for bank-owned assets is highly valuable.
Education: A Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
General Skills: Strong leadership and project management skills, excellent communication, and the ability to solve problems effectively on-site.
Tools: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, or other relevant tools) and knowledge of safety and compliance standards in construction.
- **Advanced** **English**, as all our teams are distributed globally and we use English for all internal communications.
- **Detail-oriented to ensure that all information in our inventory is up-to-date including but not limited to purchase orders and billing statements.**High-performing profile. Results oriented. We want you to own the purchasing process and become the point of contact for efficiency in this field.**:
