Do you want to lead the creation of a Finance and Accounting department in a fast growing company? Located in Barcelona and with customers all over Europe, Cmac Aircinks is looking for a Head of Finance and Accounting.

Aircinks is part of CMAC Group, which was founded in the UK, is established in several countries in Europe, and its one of the fastest growing groups in the Transportation industry. You would need to lead the existing team to improve the accounting information, create new and more efficient procedures, as well as prepare it and develop it to scale up together with the business. You would work closely and report directly to the CFO of the group.

You would also be responsible for overseeing the FP&A function in a group company located in Portugal, and probably in other newly acquired companies in other European countries too. Therefore, your role can easily develop into a group finance manager, overseeing a group of 3 or 4 companies.

**Who are you?**
- 2-5 years of experience in Finance and Accounting.
- You have a Bachelor/Master degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics or any related analytical field.
- Great leadership and organizational skills. Results-oriented person.
- You have communication skills and you like to create synergies with people.
- You are proficient in English language.
- You like to work in dynamic environments.
- You have advanced MS Excel skills
- You are able to travel a few days per month to countries in the EU

**Your role**
- Manage and supervise the existing small team and develop it to meet the growing business needs.
- Improve the existing accounting information
- Create new procedures to ensure an efficient and accurate production of accounting information.
- Preparation of the monthly and yearly financial statements.
- Accounts receivable management and credit control
- Accounts payable management
- Bank reconciliations
- Responsible for the submission of VAT returns and other taxes
- Assist the CFO in the preparation of financial reports
- Assist the CFO in financial planning
- Manage the external audit

**What we offer**

Salary between 30.000€ and 36.000€. We also offer a dynamic and challenging environment that is fun to work in. You will have the opportunity to work with colleagues of various nationalities who have a variety of skills and experience.

**Salary**: 30,000.00€ - 36,000.00€ per year
