Vall d'Hebron Research Institute (VHIR) is a public sector institution, located in Barcelona (Spain) that promotes and develops innovative biomedical research at the University Hospital Vall d'Hebron. - VHIR offers a vacant position of clinical researcher within the Stroke Research Group.

**Education and qualifications**:
**Required**:

- Degree in Medicine
- Spesialization in Neurology
- Oral and written fluency in English and Spanish
- Good communication skills, the ability to work in a team and independently.

**Desired**:

- Fluency in Catalan
- Italian and/or French will be valued

**Experience and knowledge**:
**Required**:

- At least 6 months of clinical experience in a Stroke Unit._

**Desired**:

- Neurosonologic training
- Previous participation in clinical research activity
- Certification in Good Clinical Practice

**Main responsibilities and duties**:

- Organization and management of patients included in clinical trials/research studies
- Give support to follow up visits of patients
- Clinical research on Stroke
- Involvement in European-funded projects based on stroke research and Artificial Intelligence.

**Labour conditions**:

- Full-time position: 40hours/week
- Starting date: January 2025
- Gross annual salary: 38.000 euros (Remuneration will depend on experience and skills. Salary ranges will be consistent with our Collective Agreement pay scale)
- Contract: Technical and scientific activities contract linked to the project activities
