**New Product Development Engineer**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Job Responsibilities**:

- Create 3D models and detailed drawings using SolidWorks.
- Perform structural analysis using finite element analysis (FEA) software.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality, and project management, to ensure successful project delivery, and smooth transition of new products into manufacturing
- Lead and participate in root cause analysis and corrective action activities to address product and process issues
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes and methodologies.
- Develop and implement testing and validation protocols to ensure product performance and quality
- Develop and maintain product documentation and specifications
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and identify opportunities for process and product improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on designing and analyzing mechanical structures.
- Experience with CAD software (SolidWorks).
- Experience with FEA software, such as **ANSYS or Abaqus**.
- English B2 or higher.

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Strong technical skills and knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and practices.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
