We are looking for a Lead Quality Assurance Engineer to join Cloud Integration team. The Lead will work as part of the growing R&D team working on integration projects for the flagship company's product: Acronis Data Cloud. We have dozens of different projects, which allows us to work on a variety of tasks and constantly replenish our knowledge with new technologies. We are looking for a highly motivated person with strong desire to learn and dig deep and who is just as excited about innovation, technology and quality as we are.
**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
- Lead manual QA engineers' team
- Understand and analyze product requirements and communicate with product management teams
- Take part in planning sprints and whole releases
- Develop test strategy of project testing
- Execution of manual functional testing of web/desktop/mobile
- Report and process defects
- Collect comprehensive and relevant data for problem investigation
- Prepare test analytics for automation scenarios, interact with automation team
- Analyze customers' issues and investigate their root causes
**WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)**
- 3+ years in the QA field
- Good knowledge of Quality Assurance theory: principles, methodologies and techniques
- Skilled in managing global teams and deployment of products and solutions
- Proficiency in both Linux and Windows operating systems with knowledge in installing, configuring and troubleshooting
- Familiar with Virtualization systems (Virtuozzo, ESX, Hyper-V)
- Basic understanding of HTTP / Web services/ REST API
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, including ability to communicate across all levels of the organization both technical and non-technical
- Intermediate level of English (written and spoken)
