Ocm Trainee

MISSION
We are currently in the search of a Trainee, who will support the Organizational Change Management during a huge internal project which involves all the company.
GENERAL FUNCTIONS
Introducing a new tool and encourage its use, carrying out communication and training tasks.
In contact with managers and directors of all our affiliates.
Organizing and carry out meetings to give visibility of the new tool.
Receive training on both CRM and the new tool in order to be able to perform all the tasks.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Currently studying a degree/master’s degree in Communication Studies, Psychology, Philology, Business or a related field.
Advanced English level (C2) - communication with teams at a global level.
Eager and motivated to work in a dynamic environment such as the automotive sector.
Good communication and organizational skills, and proactivity.
OTHER SPECIFICATIONS
**Additional training**:
Postgraduate would be a plus
**Languages**:
Fluent in English (spoken & written)
