Interpath launched in Spain in April 2025 and we are already a highly successful business with offices in Madrid, Barcelona and Valencia. Interpath Spain is led by six highly experienced Managing Directors and our expansion in the Iberian market has been rapid.

Valuations is an established service line at Interpath and we offer exciting career opportunities across Europe. We are currently recruiting for a Manager to join our Valuations team in Spain that will be based either in our Barcelona or Madrid offices. As a Manager, you will gain a broad range of experience.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Work on diverse valuation engagements both within Spain and across Europe.
- Perform high-quality valuation analyses using a variety of valuation methodologies.
- Collaborate with Interpath service lines such as Restructuring, Debt Advisory and Transactions Advisory in addition to Valuations colleagues internationally.
- Contribute to high profile client reports and build client facing exposure
- Build interpersonal & technical skills through significant exposure to the Spanish leadership team
- Contribute to the growth of the Interpath business in Spain and globally by participating in client facing events

**Typical projects include**:
Valuation of companies, businesses, equity stakes and intangible assets in context such us:

- Valuations in the context of M&A and Fairness Opinions Valuation in the context of financial reporting: Purchase Price Allocation (PPA) reports based on accounting standards and Impairment Test analysis.
- Valuation in a restructuring context.
- Valuations for tax and legal purposes
- Valuations in contexts of financial and corporate restructurings
- Valuations for disputes & litigation
- Private Equity portfolio valuation

**Requirements**:

- Valuations and modelling experience gained at a Big 4 or other reputable consulting firm, investment bank or independent valuation firm.
- Proficiency in valuations methodologies.
- Strong educational background and exceptional academic record.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent business level Spanish and English is essential. Additional European languages are advantageous.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
