As **Team Leader Backoffice Supply Chain for the Pharmacies & Wholesalers**channel, you will l ead and coordinate back-office Supply Chain operations for pharmacy and wholesale channels, ensuring proper process execution, customer satisfaction, and KPI achievement. Act as a liaison between the Key Account Management (KAM) team, clients, and the outsourced team, driving continuous improvement in systems and processes.

**Your responsibilities will include**:
Team and Operations Management:

- Supervise and coordinate the outsourced back-office team, ensuring quality and efficiency in order, return, and claims management.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and company policies.

Customer Relations and KPI Monitoring:

- Maintain open communication with wholesale and pharmacy clients to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
- Perform regular KPI monitoring (service level, delivery times, claims) and propose action plans for improvement.

Key Account Management (KAM) Support:

- Provide operational and analytical support to the KAM team in key account management.
- Prepare reports and analyses to facilitate business decision-making.

System Improvement Management (SAP):

- Identify opportunities for process and workflow optimization within SAP.
- Coordinate with IT and internal departments to implement improvements and conduct testing.
- Participation in departmental projects: Collaborate on cross-functional projects related to Supply Chain, process optimization, and digitalization.
- Support strategic initiatives that impact efficiency and customer experience.

**What you need to bring to the role**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years in roles related to Supply Chain, Customer Service, or Back Office, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Leadership and team management.
- Customer-focused and problem-solving skills.
- Analytical skills and KPI management.
- Advanced knowledge of SAP and Excel.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Fluent Spanish and English.
