**Qualifications, Education & Experience**:

- 20 years of overall technology experience in strategy, architecture, engineering, configuring, and implementing software solutions and services.
- 10 years of Software Engineering and Solution Architecture experience, including engineering practices, tools, and standards.
- 5 years of successful technology leadership experience at an enterprise level within a company or as a consultant.
- Demonstrated ability to lead in a highly matrixed organization through a combination of influence, partnership, and authority.
- Experience leading, coaching, mentoring, and developing people and teams.
- Hands-on knowledge of current technology standards/trends coupled with a desire to continually expand personal knowledge/skills.
- Domain knowledge of the Insurance Industry and value chain, as well as the technologies and solutions relevant to this industry, is desired.
- Ability and interest in mentoring technical staff and raising our collective technical competencies.
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships with other business and technology leaders.

**Knowledge, Skills & Competencies**:

- **Azure Stack**: Extensive hands-on experience with Azure services and solutions, including designing, implementing, and managing Azure-based architectures.
- **Event-Driven Architecture**: Strong knowledge and practical experience with event-driven architecture patterns and implementations.
- **Team Leadership**: Proven experience leading and mentoring technical teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- **API Design**: Expertise in designing, building, and managing robust and scalable APIs.
- Cloud Patterns: Deep understanding of security best practices and patterns for cloud environments, including implementing security controls and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

**Job Types**: Temporary, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to 85,000.00€ per year
