**About your day-to-day**:

- Lead contributions to the training and deployment of NLP/ML models.
- Work with and fine-tune **Large Language Models (LLMs)** for Hebrew.
- Analyse large datasets to improve accuracy, quality, and robustness of models.
- Provide feedback and insights to refine algorithms and product features.
- Design and optimise evaluation pipelines for language technologies.
- Automate and scale workflows across diverse systems.
- Collaborate with researchers, engineers, and linguists to deliver high-impact solutions.

**What we’re looking for**
- Native knowledge of **Hebrew**.
- ** At least +3 years of relevant professional experience**.
- Experience working with **Large Language Models** (training, fine-tuning, or deployment).
- Proficiency with **Python**.
- Hands-on experience with NLP/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Keras, etc.).
- Strong English communication skills.

**Would be nice if you have**
- Academic background (BSc or MSc) in **Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, AI, Speech Technologies**, or similar.
- Applied experience with **text or speech recognition tec**hnologies**.
- Experience designing scalable data pipelines or evaluation processes.
