**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain the our client quality system to ensure adherence to quality standards and mitigate potential risks effectively.
- Lead and participate in regulatory authority inspections and internal/external audits as per the audit plan and SOPs.
- Identify training requirements, develop a comprehensive training plan, and support the professional development of team members.
**Requirements**:
- Background in clinical research with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Quality Assurance within Life Sciences.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English to effectively communicate with team members and external stakeholders.
- Willingness to work 100% office-based, the office is located in the south of Madrid contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.
