Data Entry Assistant

The Whitespace Platform has been operating since August 2019. It is a truly digital platform used by brokers and underwriters in the London market to agree the terms of insurance contracts, including writing and signing lines and issuing endorsements.

The **IT Ops & Transformation**team plays a key role in pre and post implementation processes, compliance/governance and the development and delivery of cross-cutting transformation programmes leading to continuous improvement in service delivery and performance across the organization.

- Accurately input data from various sources into the Qvidian Information Security Management system and client presales own portals
- Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness.
- Perform regular data clean-up to ensure information remains current and error-free.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in line with data protection regulations.
- Assist in preparing and generating standard reports as required.
- Identify and report data discrepancies or system issues to the supervisor.
- Follow established data entry procedures and contribute to process improvements.
- Support other administrative tasks as needed within the operations team

- Reliable and diligent.
- Attention to detail is fundamental.
- Organised and thorough.
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritise high volume workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable building and maintaining both internal and external relationships.

**Desirable**:

- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exposure to compliance topics in a business context.
- Exposure to technical topics in a business context.
