**What will you do on your journey with WebBeds?**

Join us at WebBeds and play a crucial role in spearheading the projects of our new Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning team. Your contributions will be instrumental in developing AI/ML solutions from discovery to delivery, elevating the performance and effectiveness of the WebBeds marketplace.
- ** Discovery and Design**: Analyse problems and design solutions with fit for purpose AI/ML technology.
- **Building AI/ML Solutions**: Prototype and advance machine learning and artificial intelligence products in multiple areas, such as forecasting, price optimization, outlier detection, and generative AI. Experiment with different techniques, algorithms, and tools to optimize model performance and accuracy.
- **Creat**ing Impact**:Write production-ready code and work with software engineering colleagues to bring AI & ML solutions live that provide value for our customers and partners.
- **Collaboration** and Leadership**: Collaborate closely with experienced colleagues and engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders across the organization. Embrace the opportunity to take on technical leadership responsibilities and mentor more junior colleagues.
- **Community Contribution**: Evangelize good practices of AI & ML development and usage. Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

**The skills we would love to see in your suitcase**
- You have a BSc (or higher) in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- You have experience developing fit-for-purpose AI/ML solutions that created a measurable business or customer impact.
- You are proficient in modern AI/ML techniques, particularly dealing with tabular data (e.g., forecasting, ranking, or classification).
- You have an excellent working knowledge of Python and ML and you have a solid understanding of SQL.
- You are equally passionate about creating business value and AI/ML techniques.
- You take ownership of your work and collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- You communicate results effectively to technical and non-technical audiences in English.
- You have a continuous learning mindset, staying up to date with recent techniques and trends in the field.
