**Role Description**
**Main Responsibilities**
- Actively assist in gallery sales by engaging with collectors, managing follow-ups, and working towards monthly and quarterly sales goals (KPIs).
- Maintain daily gallery operations including calendars, databases, CRM tools, and internal documentation.
- Offer support during international exhibitions and art fairs.
- Provide administrative and research support to the international team.
- Greet and interact with collectors, visitors, and artists to ensure a professional and positive experience.
- Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, mail, and packages.
- Support the gallery’s digital presence by updating social media, especially Instagram.
- Propose solutions and suggestions to improve organization and workflow efficiency.
**Qualifications**
- Minimum **1 year of experience in sales** (art, luxury, or client-facing industries preferred).
- Strong knowledge of the contemporary art market and academic background in art-related fields (Art History, Art Business, Cultural Management, etc.).
- Experience working with **KPIs and sales targets**.
- Fluent in **Spanish and English** (C1 level minimum); other languages such as French or German are highly valued.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a service-oriented mindset.
- Experience with gallery operations and administration is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media management.
- Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
