At **MBC**, we are growing, and now we are looking for a **Consultant - Operational Resilience/ DORA.**

With offices in Spain and the UK, we work on international projects with financial institutions, fintechs, and startups.

**About the Role**

**Responsibilities**:
1. Collaborate with the team to establish appropriate specific risk and threat management capabilities.
- Establish horizon scanning procedures.
- Develop service risk attestation procedures.

2. Support the establishment of recovery strategies and **Business Continuity Plans**.

3. Manage the delivery of the annual Operational Resilience testing programme in collaboration with the risk functions and test owners.

4. Support the development and delivery of the Operational Resilience Scenario Exercises

5. Support the embedding of Operational Resilience culture through delivery of training and awareness activities

**Requirements**:

- Good understanding and experience of implementing the UK [**Prudential Regulation Authority**/ **Financial Conduct Authority**] Operational Resilience requirements within financial services.
- Familiarity with EU - DORA regulations.
- Experience of fundamental principles of Operational Resilience or relevant risk management discipline e.g., Business/IT Resilience, Third Party Risk Management.
- Experience of Resilience programs implementation.
- Experience in the identification, evaluation and prioritisation of risks and Business process mapping.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, together with the ability to effectively manage complex stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent senior stakeholder reporting and engagement.
- Desirable: Proven knowledge and recent experience with the implementation of Operational Resilience Programmes within a regulated Financial Services firm.
