MARLEX is looking for a **Master Data Coordinator** to incorporate in a multinational company.

**¿Cuál sería tu misión en la empresa?**

We are seeking a **Master Data Coordinator** to join an Enterprise Information Management team. This position will **support the creation and maintenance of materials, customers, vendors, GL accounts, cost centers and price condition records along with creating specifications and validation of information**. It is critical that the master data is entered accurately and timely to support the downstream business activities.

This position challenges team members to learn and be proficient in a wide range of SAP areas including Materials, Customers, Vendors, Pricing, Chart of Accounts and Cost Centers as well as proficient in reviewing and approving artwork and creating specifications within the specification system to route for approvals. This position is a Global role that requires collaboration with a wide range of internal stakeholders across just about every functional team in the company. This role is a good fit for those who have a desire to learn a wide range of areas and help drive continuous improvement, data quality and data governance.
- Responsible for the **creation and maintenance of pricing conditions and material master data**; also supporting customer, vendor, and GL account/cost center maintenance.
- **Ensure key master data objects are created and maintained in an accurate and timely manner** in order to satisfy the requirements of the business.
- **Control and assign GTIN codes** as needed.
- Investigate and research all issues related to systems master data.
- Work in a virtual team environment with other team members in the United States, Europe & Singapore.
- Comply with the data governance and audit standards as communicated by EIM leadership.
- **Managing non-master data activities** such as entries into the Case Management software (request tracking) as well as other measurement tracking tools used to monitor and measure the workload and performance of the EIM team.
- **Interact with internal customers **with a high level of professionalism.
- **Assist in writing standard operation procedures and process documentation**.

- ** Temporary position: 6 months**
- Bachelor's degree required.
- **2-3 years managing data in an SAP environment**, required; 1-3 years’ experience using SAP in one or more process streams (MDM, OTC, PTP, DTB, MTS), preferred.
- Experience in master data management, materials, vendor, customer masters, specifications management or bill of materials maintenance activities, a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team-facilitation skills.
- Strong data entry, writing, and verbal communication skills.
- Must be detail oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities and multiple deadlines.
- Must speak **fluent Spanish & English** (Fluency in additional languages a plus).
