**Lead 2D/3D Artist (Remote)**:
VirtualAge Games is looking for a highly creative and talented Lead Artist to join the team.

We are looking for people with a can-do and positive mentality, proactive, autonomous, and avid learners. Team players, detail oriented, and good communicators.

**Minimum requirements**:

- Strong skills in 2D concept art, both by hand and using digital tools.
- Experience creating realistic environments with Unity.
- Great knowledge of: Blender, Maya, 3DS Max, Substance Suite, Photoshop and Zbrush (or any other similar software)
- Excellent 3D modelling skills.
- The ability to work as a team.
- Portfolio displaying great game assets, environments, and concept art.
- A great artistic and creative eye.

**Desired requirements**:

- A love for realistic Sci-fi and/or medieval worlds.
- Experience in Unity and/or UE.
- Strong multitasking skills.
- Being a fast learner.
- Being able to think outside the box.
- Good understanding of light and color.

**Duties**:
You will be responsible for creating stunning 3D environments and high-quality 2D concept art to be as a guide for other artists.
This also includes:

- Creating concept art for environments, characters, and props.
- Review and validate the tasks of other artists to ensure a unified artistic result.
- End-to-end creation of props and environments.
- Texturing and UV.
- Retopology and asset optimization.
- Artistic composition of the level in Unity
- Light baking.

- Animation and rigging.
- Sculpting.
