Project Controller

**Project Controller**:
The Project Controller covers all controlling/commercial related tasks in the project business. Starting with the project set-up, regular commercial project reviews till the commercial close down of projects. The Project Controller assures the best possible financial data quality to enable management decisions and correct reporting as well as forecasting.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Support in commercial project set-up for Project Manager and Commercial Order Processing
- Secure commercial budget release
- Regular reviews of all ongoing projects in the portfolio with the project manager
- Verification and update of forecast cost information and related risk adjustments
- Verification of billing plan to secure invoicing and project cash flow
- Verification and support in updating delivery dates, date of final acceptance and project close down
- Documentation of progress, deviations and escalations in project log-book
- Single project reporting to portfolio reporting
- Support management in any kind of project related controlling issues
- Support SBU Controlling in Forecasting and Planning in project business
- Follow up of pending (final) payments by monitoring the Final-Acceptance status

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience
- Good communication skills in English and Spanish (required)
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage your workload independently
- Comfortable working with customers and solving problems. Open to travel (~10%).
- Advanced level knowledge in using SAP and Excel
- Good skills in cost controlling, project result evaluation and verification
- Good skills in project management and communication
