**WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR**:
Reporting to the CFO of the group we are looking for a person with more than 3 years of experience managing financial duties of a Manco with several Investment Funds. This person will be in charge of administrative and financial management ensuring regulatory compliance, reporting to the CNMV and management of information for investors.

**HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE**:

- Accounting: perform all tasks based on central bank regulations
- Net equity and Liq value calculation
- Payables and receivables control
- Commissions
- Taxes preparation and reporting
- Monthly financial reporting to management
- Budget preparation and control
- Fundraising control
- CNMV reporting
- Investors reporting
- External Audit

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE**:

- +3 years of experience working in a managing company
- Fluent business English
- High organizational skills
- Must possess communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in GSuite, MS Office, CRM platforms, project management tools, etc.
- Self-Starter - ability to start projects with mínimal to no supervision
- BS/BA Degree, MBA/advanced degree is a plus
- Background in Finance (investment banking, management consulting or similar) is highly recommended
- Experience working in a startup environment
- Plug and Play's global attendance policy: 3 days at the office, 2 days home.
