**The Role**:
We’re looking for a Localization Project Coordinator to keep our localization projects running like a well-oiled machine. Do you have an eye for talent? A zest for organization? A passion for scheduling? This could be the job for you

You will be working on our localization team, handling projects for a major technology company.

This is a full-time remote role, meaning you can work from anywhere in the world

**You’ll get to**:
Create tasks in our project management systems

Manage project management reports and keep project stakeholders up to date with regards to schedules and resources

Select team members and manage communication for projects (Q&A, etc.)

Perform content review of source materials (find grammar issues, inconsistencies, branding violations, etc.)

Assist in the creation of estimates and project schedules

Manage bug tracking software (create projects, add users, etc.)

Draft instructions for project team members

Check hours logged for sending POs, communicate with PM

Manage project defects when needed

**Qualifications**:

- Entry level - 1 year of project coordination experience
- Good communicator in written and spoken English - you need to feel comfortable in presenting your ideas.
- You speak at least one additional language
- Bonus - Customer service experience is a plus

- A problem solver - You’re able to foresee potential problems ahead of time. You love to figure out problems that rarely have textbook solutions. “Let me figure this out,” is a sentence you use often.

- A self-starter - You see a clear link between your actions and their outcomes.
